Grațian Mihăilescu is an urban innovation strategist, entrepreneur, public policy expert and founder of UrbanizeHub. He works with cities, institutions and communities to turn ideas into visible change. Since 2022, he has been a member of the European Commission Mission Board for 100 Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities.

EXTENDED BIOGRAPHY

Grațian Mihăilescu began his professional journey in Brussels, working in European policy, structural funds and regional development. He returned to Romania to turn this experience into concrete projects. Since 2016, he has been developing UrbanizeHub, an interdisciplinary platform dedicated to urban innovation and sustainability. His work brings together participatory urbanism, applied innovation and public policy, in collaboration with public administrations, specialists and communities. Since 2022, he has been a member of the European Commission Mission Board for 100 Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities.
